The module Time & Attendance is used to enter and evaluate work time and to generate the monthly time calculation for all employees, and is thus the core module for efficient and optimised requirements planning.

Time entry modules are usually designed in a relatively one-dimensional and inflexible manner. Complex shift models, overnight work and weekend work with a large number of different work-time regulations cause most systems to hit their limits.

By comparison to already available standard solutions, our time-entry software is distinguished by the fact that highly complex work-time models and shift cycles can be modelled flexibly so as to ensure efficient personnel planning.

Links to the modules Duty Rota and Short-Term Manpower Planning give the planner the optimum support because daily calculations of hours and holiday account balances enable continuous crosschecking of time accounts, overtime, working values etc. This takes place taking into consideration all workplace-related regulations (company agreements, collective bargaining agreements etc.). The side effect is a reduction of overtime and consequently a further business-economic optimisation of the personnel costs.

The work-time can be entered in an automated fashion via interfaces which have already been set up (e.g. via clock-card terminals) and all calculated time values passed on to the wage-accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Lexware).
