In time and personnel management, transparency and a sound expected / actual comparison are frequently made more complicated because various different separate systems for planning, entering and calculation are not linked together. Whereas this is standard in commercial controlling, it has hardly yet been realised in time controlling. With the management information system of D.A.T.E., the individual statistics created in the other modules are combined and linked. This gives rise to a large number of options for determining and extrapolating essential key business-economic and personnel data. The detailed structure is individually defined jointly with the customer. In addition to the purely numerical evaluation of data, graphical evaluations are generated for the enhanced display of the results. These include e.g. load curves from the time-dependent interconnection of order volumes and employee work. This visualisation in particular provides the management with good transparency.
